At Camden Body Jewellery, we prioritize your health and safety; therefore, we offer a 30-day return policy on unworn items in their original, heat-sealed hygienic packaging. Please note that for hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on body jewellery if the tamper-evident seal has been broken.

Ensure your items are in their original, unopened clear packaging with the security seal intact to qualify for a return or exchange.
Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and reason for return to receive a unique Return Authorization (RA) number.
Package Your Item
Securely pack the jewellery in a padded envelope along with your RA number to prevent damage during transit back to our London studio.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the seal and approves the return, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
