How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed gauge and length guide. If you are unsure, we recommend consulting our sizing chart or visiting a professional piercer to measure your existing jewellery.
Can I return body jewellery if it doesn't fit?
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns on body jewellery once the tamper-evident seal has been broken or the item has been worn. Please double-check your sizing before opening your package.
How long does shipping take?
Orders are typically processed within 24 hours. Domestic shipping takes 3-5 business days, while international delivery can take 7-14 business days depending on your location.
Is your jewellery nickel-free?
Our titanium and 14k gold items are 100% nickel-free and hypoallergenic. While surgical steel contains trace amounts of nickel, it is generally considered safe for healed piercings.

We recommend cleaning your jewellery with mild antibacterial soap and warm water. Avoid harsh chemicals or alcohol on organic materials and plated items to maintain their finish.
